La Section d’Art Photographique de Wervicq Sud vous invite à participer au
8éme Salon International Photographique
« Images Numérisées »
Il est en conformité avec les règlements de la FIAP, de la PSA et de la FPF
1.Les sujets sont libres. Il y a trois sections : Couleur , Noir et Blanc, Créativité ( Couleur ou Monochrome)
Définition de la photographie Noir & blanc : Une œuvre NB alliant du gris très foncé (noir) au gris très clair (blanc) est une œuvre monochrome aux différentes nuances de gris. Une œuvre NB virée intégralement dans une seule couleur restera monochrome. Par contre une œuvre NB modifiée par virage partiel ou l’ajout d’une couleur devient une œuvre couleur devant figurer dans la catégorie couleur.
2. Tous les envois doivent être en support digital.
3. Chaque participant peut soumettre au maximum 4 œuvres dans chaque section.
4. Les photos prises sur films doivent être scannées en format numérique.
5. Les images seront
envoyées au format JPEG. La dimension maximale horizontale sera de 1024
pixels et verticale de 768 pixels avec une résolution de 72 dpi. Le poids
maximum du fichier est de 450Kb.
6. Les images seront
envoyées de préférence en Email avec un bordereau (en format Word)
ou en CD-Rom, qui ne
seront pas renvoyés.
7. Les envois non
accompagnés des droits d’inscription ni du bordereau d’inscription ne
seront pas jugés.
8. Les organisateurs
déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de détérioration, perte, ou vol des
supports informatiques.
9. La SAPWS se réserve le
droit de reproduire tous les envois pour la publicité et le catalogue
relatif à cette manifestation sans contrepartie.
10. Les droits d’entrée
doivent être joints au bordereau d’inscription. Les auteurs français
peuvent établir un chèque en euros à l’ordre de la SAPWS. Pour les
participants étrangers le paiement sera en espèces ou par coupon
international ou par PAYPAL. Les chèques étrangers ne sont pas acceptés.
11. Les notifications
seront adressées par Email.
12. Chaque participant recevra un catalogue de haute
qualité sur CD-Rom.
13. La décision des juges est sans appel et
définitive.
14. La participation au Salon implique l’acceptation
de la totalité du règlement.

« Digital images »
It is in accordance with FIAP, PSA and FPF requirements.
1.The subject is free. There are tree sections: Colour, Black & White and Creativity ( Colour or Monochrome)
Definition of the Black & White photography : A B&W work fitting from the very dark grey (black) to the very clear grey (white) is a monochrome work with the various shades of grey. A B&W work toned entirely in a single colour will remain a monochrome work.
On the other hand a B&W work modified by a partial toning or by the addition of one colour becomes a colour work to stand in the colour category.
2. All entries must be submitted in
digital format.
3. Each entrant may submit a maximum
of four entries in each section.
4. Pictures taken on film must be
scanned into digital format.
5.The images will be sent in JPEG
format. The required maximum horizontal dimension is 1024 px and the
maximum vertical is 768 px with a resolution of 72 dpi. The maximum size of
the image file is 450 Kb.
6. The number of entries must be
submitted preferential by Email with entry form (in World file)
or in CD Rom, which is not
returnable.
7. Entries will not be judged
without an entry form together with the full payment of entry fee.
8. The SAPWS will not take any
responsibility for any loss and damage of CD Rom.
9. The SAPWS reserves the right to
reproduce any entry for publicity and catalogues as related to the
exhibition without payment of fee.
10. Entry must be enclosed together
with the entry form.
For foreigners the fee will be in
foreign currently or by PAYPAL. Foreign cheques will not be accepted.
11. Notification will be send by
Email.
12. Each entrant will receive a high
quality salon catalogue on CD Rom.
13. The decision of the judges is
final.
14. The submission of entries
signifies acceptance of the Conditions of entry.
